Overview
Free travel for eligible regional & rural students
The School Bus Program is an extensive school bus network that provides travel at no cost to eligible government and non-government students living in rural and regional Victoria. The network is administered by Public Transport Victoria (PTV).
This program is available for families with children attending Warrandyte Primary School who reside more than 4.8 kilometres from the school. Warrandyte Primary School has the responsibility for the coordination of the school bus service.
Parents wishing their child to use the school bus service must register by completing an application form (available below).
Eligibility
- Student attends Warrandyte Primary School
- Family resides more than 4.8 km from the school
- Lives in a rural or regional area eligible under PTV
- Completed application form submitted to the school office

All students travelling on the school bus are expected to follow the Department's Code of Conduct and the school's Bus Policy. Behavioural concerns are managed using the Notice of Concern form. Please refer to the documents above for full details.
