This year, the students and families of Warrandyte Primary School took us to an orphanage in New York with their wonderful interpretation of Annie Jr. It was again a spectacular performance!
Our wonderful Performing Arts teacher, Kirsty Wolters, always manages to uncover hidden singing, dancing, acting and comic talents amongst our students.
Every year, our Whole School Concert showcases the Performing Arts talents of our entire school.
Every grade participates in at least one featured song within the Concert, while our senior students do an incredible job in the coveted lead roles.
“Congratulations to all the students who performed in this production. The opportunity to be part of a production with a ‘theatre experience’ has provided many and varied skills: cooperation, creativity, communication and critical thinking to name a few. These skills are crucial for the future and will be much needed in the 21st century environment that our students are growing up in. Well done – you are all amazing!”
